The cost of an AI brand film is set upstream of the render. Four things drive it: the depth of direction, the original music written for the project, the research that gives the film a point of view, and the number of formats the work has to live in. Generation is the cheap part. Everything that makes a film feel intentional sits before the first frame, and that is where the value is decided.
At KURACONV we direct AI, we do not prompt it. That distinction is the whole argument. A model can produce a thousand clips in an afternoon. A film that holds mood, identity, and meaning across every second is a different object, and people build it by making decisions a model cannot make for them.
Direction is the largest driver
Direction is the eye; AI is the lens. Before a single frame is generated, the work passes through shotlists, identity locks, continuity filters, color grading, and sound design. Every creative decision is filtered by a council of 22 minds, photographers, directors, philosophers, and strategists, against one enemy: AI slop. The more a film asks of its direction, the heavier that craft layer sits on the scope, and the scope is the price.
Our method, Sentimagem, rests on three pillars that each consume direction:
- Presença: coherence of mood across every asset. The mood is the brand, and holding it across a whole film costs sustained attention.
- Engenharia: camera direction in motion. AI is the new lens, but the camera move is still authored frame by frame.
- Narrativa: the story engine comes first, motion follows, image emerges. No brief, no film.
Original music, never stock
Every KURACONV project includes an original composition. We do not use stock. São Paulo Blues was built as an original soundtrack and film together, in 2026, because the score is not a layer added at the end. It is part of the brief. A bespoke composition carries its own scope, and it is one of the clearest reasons two films of the same length are not the same price.
Research sets the ceiling
Brand Research is where a film earns its point of view. A film without research is a generic AI film, and we do not make those. The work of understanding a brand, its audience, and its visual world is what separates Dubai Falcon, a cinematic short of desert and falcon, from a clip that merely looks expensive. Everest, with its line who told you it was easy, exists because the idea came before the image. Deeper research means a sharper film, and it shapes scope accordingly.
Formats multiply the work
A 15-to-89-second editorial film is one deliverable. The same project can extend into editorial stills, editorial carousels, and brand identity. Each format is direction in a new shape, not a free export. So the number of formats a brand needs is a real and honest driver of scope, not an upsell.
We direct AI, we do not prompt it. Generation is the cheap part. Direction, music, and research are what you are actually paying for.
Speed without cutting corners
We deliver in two to three weeks what traditional production takes three to six months. That speed comes from a directed pipeline across GPT-Image-2, Seedance, Higgsfield, Kling, and Veo, not from skipping the brief. Because we take on a focused slate of projects, each one gets the attention the method requires. Fast does not mean thin.
How to get a number
We share pricing on request, after a free discovery call. The call exists so the scope is honest: we map your direction, your music, your research depth, and your formats, then quote against the actual film, not a template. KURACONV STUDIOS operates from São Paulo, borderless, working globally. Start the conversation at maria@kuraconvstudio.com.
